Quick Guide on How to Book a Session.
R2A Visuals likes to keep things simple. We value our time, but we also value your time as well. There are just a few simple steps to the process of booking your photoshoot!
- Request to book.
Simply use my contact page at the bottom and fill out the form with the information. Once you have submitted your request to book, we will discuss the date, location, and style you're going for.We will confirm detail via email and/or phone call.
- Location.
I am ALWAYS open to exploring new locations and travel to new places.
***Travel fees may change according to location, especially outside the tristate area.
- Deposit and Service Agreement.
In the process of booking, I do require a non-refundable deposit to be paid to solidify your date in my calendar. This is to be sure no one else can be booked on your date and time. I also require a client service agreement to be signed. Which will have all final details of date, location, payment, etc.
- What to Wear.
Once we have you booked for your date and the retainer and service agreement taken care of, the fun begins!
You will receive a confirmation email and a link with ideas of what to wear for your photos.
- Actual Photoshoot Day.
Within a few days of your photoshoot, I will be in touch to confirm everything is good to go. We'll pay attention to the weather (if the photoshoot is outdoor), and I can answer any last-minute questions you may have. You'll get an email for the final payment the day prior to your photoshoot.
We will meet at the agreed-upon time and location and just relax, smile, and have fun!
- Post Photoshoot.
Your images will be available within 4 weeks of your photoshoot via online gallery where you can select your full-resolution images for download.

We recommend booking as far in advance as possible, especially for larger projects or events. A minimum of 2-4 weeks' notice is generally advised to ensure our availability and proper planning. For urgent projects, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Our pricing is project-based and depends on several factors, including: The type of service required (photography, videography, or both) The duration of the shoot or project The number of final deliverables (e.g., number of edited photos, length of the final video) The complexity of the project (e.g., location, a number of crew members, equipment needed) Post-production requirements We provide a custom quote for each project after the initial consultation. PSA: We will work with your budget, and we don't do a "collab" photoshoot.

Photos are typically delivered via a private, password-protected online gallery where you can view, download, and share your images. Videos are delivered via a secure cloud link (e.g., Dropbox, Google Drive) or a private Vimeo/YouTube link, depending on the file size and your preference.
+ What is the typical turnaround time?
Turnaround time varies depending on the project's scope and complexity. We will provide an estimated delivery timeline in your proposal. Standard turnaround times are typically: Photography: 1-3 weeks for final edited photos. Videography: 2-6 weeks for the final edited video.
+ What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We understand that plans can change. Please refer to our contract for the specific terms regarding cancellations and rescheduling. Generally, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, and any rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible.
