Refund Policy
At R2A Visuals, we aim for complete client satisfaction, but due to the customized, service-based nature of our work, our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair.
Our policy is built around the non-refundable deposit. A deposit, typically $100, is required to book our services and hold your date. This deposit covers our initial time, planning, and the opportunity cost of turning away other clients. As such, it is non-refundable if you cancel your project. If a project is canceled within seven days of the scheduled shoot, you may be responsible for the full project fee.
While we do not offer refunds simply because a client "dislikes" the final artistic product, we are committed to delivering work that meets the specifications in our project proposal. If the final deliverables contain technical flaws or don't match the agreed-upon scope, we will provide a round of revisions to correct the issues at no extra cost.
In the rare event that R2A Visuals must cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, our liability is limited to a full refund of all payments made by you.
Once the final, approved files are delivered and the remaining balance is paid, the project is considered complete and no refunds will be issued. We encourage open communication throughout the process to ensure a successful outcome for everyone.
